Covered Porch
February 2, 2017This project consisted of adding a roof over an existing deck. We demo’d the railing, built the roof structure, added stone bases to the columns, built a stone fireplace and flagstone patio. The space had lighting, fan and cable. It turned out beautiful for the homeowner.
Kitchen Renovation
January 29, 2017This project involved completely gutting the kitchen and flooring. We also opened wall between the kitchen and dining and moved new kitchen to the old dining space, opened wall from old kitchen to living room, and opened a wall in foyer. We also added hardwood flooring, changed out old railing and pickets and created a nice open inviting space from the time you enter the front door. This also gave us space to add a nice seating island. Project turned out beautiful.
Basement Finish

We didn’t have a lot of space to work with but need to provide a full kitchen with a pantry, breakfast area, living area, full bathroom and bedroom. The space turned out beautiful and very functional for the family member.
Screened Porch
September 17, 2015This project involved adding a screened porch over an existing deck. This porch has an open rafter design that the homeowner decided to stain with headboard under the rafters. It has beadboard on the interior walls, wired for 2 fans, and wired for tv. The exterior was finished with the same Hardi concrete siding as the house and we matched the shingles to the existing house. The project turned out beautiful and has become a great outside living space for the homeowner.
