We handle a broad range of renovation projects, both inside and out. On major project changes we typically provide a professional design of the changes or layout of the project. We find that this helps our clients visualize their finished space. Some of our typical interior projects include full renovation of kitchens, creating open spaces by opening walls, kitchen facelifts, bath renovations, finishing basement and bonus room spaces, building additions to the existing home, interior room facelifts and changes, fireplace updating and many more. We also do many exterior renovations as well. Some of our typical outside projects include fencing, patios, covering deck and porches, screened porches, outdoor living spaces (fireplaces, pits and patios), building decks, gazebos, deck resurface, concrete work, siding and many more.
Repairs
We know that many homes have repair needs that tend to grow over time. Unfortunately man homeowners don’t realize the problem until they start seeing symptoms of the problem which often times cost much more to repair. We do window replacements, repair or replace rotten window sashes, trim boards, fascia, soffit, gutter repairs, roof repairs and replacements, fixing rotten siding, calling exterior penetrations, water damage inside the home, sheetrock repairs, flooring, interior trim, drainage issues, and much more.
Build
We can help you with any building project from the ground up. We have built hundreds of houses from smaller homes to homes well over a million dollars. We also build many garages, both detached and attached, some with living spaces above them. We build barns, dog houses, play houses and just about anything else you can conceive.
